Stephen and Annie Hunter began Hunter Pharmacy in 1981 operating as The Medicine Shoppe. Originally located on Apple Street (in the former Levin Warehouse). With business growth the owners decided to relocate to the Enany-Tiberio Medical Building in downtown Connellsville. After twenty-four years at that location, the business again re-located to 802 Vanderbilt Road with the new name, Hunter Pharmacy. Throughout this growth the mission of serving our customers with care and integrity remain at our core.
The Hunter Pharmacy Group Staff consists of 3 pharmacists, 5 certified pharmacy technicians, 1 registered nurse, 1 pharmacy intern, and 5 Delivery technicians. Our top of the line staff is always there for our patients, often going out of our way to ensure that customers get the best care possible.
